JOB DESCRIPTION

As an International Key Account Manager, you will manage and expand sales with new and existing customers, including distributors, retail chains, and wholesale agents in Sweden and globally. A primary focus will be acquiring new customers, as the nicotine pouch market continues to expand internationally.

Using your B2B expertise, you will craft tailored solutions for customers, oversee the entire sales process, and maintain strategic relationships. You’ll also represent Kelly White at trade shows and events in Sweden and abroad, joining a collaborative and energetic team that values having fun while achieving success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and map prospective clients to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategies for key accounts.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to guide decisions and create actionable insights.
  • Manage full P&L responsibility for your accounts.
  • Lead negotiations on assortment, pricing, campaigns, and investments.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to improve workflows and business outcomes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You are results-oriented, analytical, and motivated by uncovering new business opportunities. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy connecting with people, and excel at building long-term relationships.

  • Experience: At least 3 years as a Key Account Manager, ideally in FMCG, nicotine, exports, or international business.
  • Mindset: Adaptable and entrepreneurial, with a track record of thriving in scale-up environments.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities. Proficient in financial management, P&L analysis, and strategic thinking.
  • Languages: Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
