Yours duties .
We are looking for you who have a relevant marketing education and experience in a similar service. You should have a genuine interest in marketing, a creative spirit as well as high organizational skills and a good sense of service. As marketing assistant/customer service manager responsible for updating our Ecom, our social media, producing material for retailers, influencer marketing and events. You will also work closely with our marketing manager and help with fairs, festivals, strategies, PR and campaigns.

  • Marketing Assistant - Social Media Guru and Admin Fantast.
    • Social media manager (Instagram, TikTok) - grow our accounts organically, engage with others on the platform and keep stories live daily.
    • Email marketing.
    • Graphic design of e.g. retailer banners, Instagram photos, campaign material.
    • Handle customer service issues
    • Event & influencer marketing.
    • Help with campaign planning together with marketing manager.
    • Produce reports on results in various channels, also be the implementer of necessary changes (instagram, TikTok, klaviyo).
    • Shopify updates (new products, hero, texts etc).

Personal characteristics
As a person, you are curious, meticulous, socially competent and responsive. You should be flexible and understand the start-up environment where no two days are the same, and thrive in rapid changes.
You are both structured and responsible and used to both working independently and developing together with the team. Proficient in speaking and writing in both Swedish and English.
