JOB DESCRIPTION:

In the role of Sales Manager, with the support of management, you will have overall responsibility for developing the sales organization with field salespeople, key account managers and consultants. You should be broad in your leadership, analytical and capable of qualified relationship sales to be able to coach broadly. You will also have your own customers to be able to train the salespeople in the best way. Among other things, you will produce relevant material, be responsible for reporting and attend fairs & events around the world to make contacts and build new customer relationships. You see budgeting, reporting, follow-up and the development of your sales team as a matter of course in order to achieve expected results. As Sales Manager at Kelly White, you are good at prioritizing, delegating and making decisions. You will have total responsibility for the company's sales and be the one who develops sales processes to constantly be at tomorrow's new level. YOUR PROFILE

  • You have several years of experience working as a sales manager for B2B sellers
  • You like working in a Scaleup where a lot happens and want to be part of the growth journey
  • Experience from Scaleup is advantageous as the culture is entrepreneurial
  • Meritorious if you have experience from the wine & spirits industry
  • You love sales and want to constantly develop
  • You love people and are a social, positive and goal-oriented person
  • You have extensive experience in presentation technology
  • You like statistics and get started on updating budgets and control documents
  • Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English is a requirement

Location : Grev Turegatan, Stockholm

Start : By agreement
